Branch 01 - Exact Projector and Sector

This branch covers the exact finite-dimensional lane, including projector-based correction and exact sector/QEC-style structure. It is where one-step exact recovery is characterized under explicit compatibility assumptions.

The branch includes both the exact projector family and the exact sector family. The useful way to read it is as a paired result: projector geometry gives the correction mechanism, and sector structure clarifies when distinguishability survives inside that mechanism.

Canonical references are docs/theorem-candidates/central-theorem.md, docs/theorem-candidates/sector-recovery-theorems.md, and docs/theorem-candidates/capacity-theorems.md, with supporting impossibility boundaries in docs/impossibility-results/advanced-no-go-results.md.

This branch is finite-dimensional by design; it should not be read as a statement about arbitrary continuous systems.
